For access to the parking lot, please use the main entrance at 135-25 142nd Street.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE FACILITY?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you would like to be at your terminal. We will check your reservation upon entering the parking facility, and our shuttles run 24/7 and will drop-off at your terminal and pick-up at federal circle.

HOW DOES THE CHECK IN PROCESS WORK?

Upon arrival, please present your printed reservation to the parking staff. They will scan your reservation, assist with luggage and coordinate your shuttle ride.

Our facility is located at the brand new Marriott and Residence Inn JFK located at 142-30 135th Ave, Queens, NY 11436. Please use the main entrance of 142nd Street.

SHUTTLE INSTRUCTION:

Terminal 1 - Proceed to the far right of the Terminal. Look for the Air China and Smart Cart on the right of the Terminal. Exit the terminal and stanby the shuttle bus pickup area

Terminal 2 - Proceed to the far right of the Terminal and look for the Cibo Express store. Exit the terminal, cross the street and proceed to passenger pickup B.

Terminal 4 - Proceed to the far right of the Terminal and look for the “Welcome Center” sign of the right. Exit the door for “Taxi” and proceed to the passenger pikcup area F.

Terminal 5 - Proceed to the far right of the Terminal to baggage claim 6 and to exit door #5. Proceed to pickup area 5 or 6.

Terminal 7 - Proceed to the far right of the Terminal. On the left side you will see a Welcome eCenter and exit to Taxi pickup 2. Proceed across the street to EZ Pass and pickup area B.

Terminal 8 - Proceed to the far right of the terminal to the Dunkin Donuts. Exit and proceed to the authorized vehicle only sign.
